Why Mahanaim Exists
Genesis 32:1-2 — The Meeting Place
The name Mahanaim comes from Genesis 32:1-2 — the place where Jacob encountered two camps of angels. Mahanaim exists to be that meeting place between heaven's intention and human formation. The Mahanaim Institute exists to train and develop Christian ministers who can represent heaven accurately on Earth. Built on Scripture, led by the Spirit, and sustained by Character.
Our Three Programmes
Ministry Intensive Training (MiT)
Foundational training for all Christian ministers and people with a calling of God upon their life
School of Prophets (SoP)
Spiritual formation and advanced training for prophets and prophetic people who require structure to recognize, cultivate, and mature their gifts and callings
Ministry Leadership Program (MLP)
Mentorship and community of practice for established church and ministry leadership who require a structured space to learn and grow
Priestly training
The MiT is a foundation program for those in ministry or a desire or calling for Christian ministry. It covers the basics of New Testament ministry and follows a learning-by-doing (concomitant) approach, as used by Jesus with His Apostles
Prophetic training
The SoP has a four phase approach to raise fully formed prophets and prophetic people. From 'Discovering the Prophetic' (Phase 1), through 'Becoming Prophetic' (Phase 2), 'Operating in the Prophetic' (Phase 3), to 'Maturing in the Prophetic' (Phase 4), you will learn and spiritually form into the prophetic person God has called you to be
Church Leadership/ Apostolic training
The MLT provides established ministers with advanced training in spiritual and church leadership, church planting and growth, people and team management and various other aspects of modern Christian ministry formation and development. It is a community of practice and support for leaders who want mentorship and a space to reflect and grow
